Regulations

The Management kindly asks all guests to respect the following rules, along with general standards of courtesy, to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone.

REGISTRATION & RECEPTION

Mandatory registration: Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID for check-in. Access to the campsite is not permitted without registration.

• Reception opening hours:
- April – May – October: 07:30–13:30 / 14:30–20:00
- June – July – August – September: 07:30–13:30 / 14:30–22:00.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Pitches
• Camper check-in is permitted during gate opening hours: 07:00–22:00.
• Length of stay is calculated based on the number of nights.
• Pitches must be vacated within the time indicated by Management (24 hours from check-in unless otherwise communicated).

Accommodation

Check-in (Bungalows / Mobile Homes / Rental Caravans)
• 15:30–20:00 (22:00 in high season)
Check-out
• Units must be vacated by 10:00.
• Guests departing before Reception opens must settle their balance the evening before, within office hours.
• All payments must be carried out strictly during the stated times.

Key return: At Reception.

GATE OPENING HOURS

• 07:00–22:00
• After 22:00, only pedestrian access is allowed, or access for cars belonging to guests staying in accommodation units.

WATER SERVICE – REFILL & DRAIN

A daily refill/drain service is included in the pitch rate and available at the following times:
• Morning: 07:00–12:30
• Afternoon/Evening: 14:30–21:00

It is strictly forbidden to use water to wash the camper, for personal use (e.g., outdoor showers), or for any unauthorized purpose.

SHUTTLE SERVICE HOURS

Morning: 08:00–12:30
Afternoon: 15:00–19:00
Rates and contact details are displayed at the shuttle meeting point near the Excursion Box.

BARBECUE AREA

• 10:00–21:00
• Closed in case of adverse weather conditions.

PARKING

One free parking space is included for each rented accommodation unit.
Additional cars: €5.00–€7.00 per day, depending on the season.

SERVICES

Wi-Fi
• Free access available in the bar area.

Linen Rental
• Bed linen set: €10.00 per stay
• Towel set: €7.50 per person per stay

Final Cleaning
• Accommodation units are delivered clean and sanitized.
• Daily cleaning is the guest’s responsibility.
• No additional fee is required for final cleaning.

Tourist Tax
• Mandatory, collected on behalf of the Municipality of Dorgali.

PITCH ALLOCATION

• Pitches are assigned by Management based on operational needs.
• Moving from one pitch to another is not allowed without prior authorization.
• One pitch change per stay is permitted upon request at Reception.

VISITORS

• Visitors are allowed only with prior authorization from Management.
• A valid ID must be presented, which will be held at Reception for the duration of the visit and returned upon departure (no later than 21:00).
• Visitor vehicles are not permitted inside the campsite.

MINORS

Must be accompanied by parents or a legal guardian who is responsible for them throughout the stay.

PETS

In the camper area:
• Pets are allowed free of charge, but must be declared during booking and upon arrival.

In accommodation units:
• A €20.00 sanitization fee is required.

Pet Regulations
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Owners must clean up after their pets.
• Pets must not disturb other guests or cause damage.
• For breeds considered potentially dangerous, the use of a muzzle is recommended.
• Pets are not allowed inside sanitary blocks.

WASTE DISPOSAL – RECYCLING

Separate waste collection is mandatory in the Municipality of Dorgali.
• Waste bins are located at the entrance, near the refill/drain area.

Waste categories:
• Organic
• Non-recyclable (General waste)
• Glass & cans
• Plastic
• Paper & cardboard

Disposal hours:
• 19:00–22:00 / 07:00–10:00

GENERAL RULES

Prohibited:
• Keeping the camper engine running while on the pitch
• Using water to wash vehicles
• Draining wastewater outside designated areas
• Using detergents containing formaldehyde or phosphates
• Lighting fires outside the barbecue area
• Leaving waste outside the bins
• Setting up tents or unstable structures, digging holes or altering the ground in any way

Behaviour & Use of Facilities:
• Shared facilities must be used respectfully.
• The campsite is monitored 24 hours a day, but Management is not liable for theft or damage.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone deemed unsuitable and to immediately remove guests who disturb others or cause damage.
• Any additional rules or notices will be communicated through signage within the campsite.
